Wait a couple of days for delivery of your eXciting new card, we can post it or you could collect it at one of our partners….

How to earn your X-Tra cash
Your card can be used at any of the eXclusive participating partners. Hand your card to the cashier with your usual choice of payment for your purchase. The cashier will swipe your card and details of the transaction will be recorded & within 24 hours, your cash reward will be loaded onto your card!

How to use your X-tra cash
As soon as you have earned some cash, you are able to spend it with any of our current eXclusive partners. Simply hand your card to the cashier and your part/full payment for the product will be deducted from your card depending on your available balance. Please remember that this is not a debit or a credit card but a Rewards Card.

How to get a statement
Online statements are available once you have a login and password. Your default password will be 1234.
Use the terminal at any of the participating partner outlets - the cashiers will assist you with this one.

Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to being a card member:
The XTRA card is not a credit or debit card. It does not involve the
getting of credit or banking services. It is instead a rewards card that
earns value measured in Rands and Cents.
The above reward is not cash and cannot be exchange for cash. It is a
cash value which can be used to tender payment or part payment for goods and
or services at participating partners of Lealdade Xtrema CC, Registration
number 2010/09385/23 (herein after called Lealdade Xtrema)
When you do business with a participating partner of Lealdade Xtrema you
may presentour card to the cashier, in which event the participating partner
will pay a percentage of your purchase value into a bank account
administered by independent Trustees for the benefit of Lealdade Xtrema.
The aforesaid amount will be credited to the value of your cash reward.
Whenever you use your XTRA card to tender payment or part payment for
any goods sold and or services rendered to yourself by any participating
partner, the Trustees of the above Trust will reimburse such participating
partner in cash to be the value you tendered as payment or part payment with
your XTRA card.
Only in the event that Lealdade Xtrema is liquidated for whatsoever
reason, the Trust will pay the credit value rewards of all cardholders to
the liquidators of Lealdade Xtrema.
The payments made by participating partners into the bank account of the
independent Trust does not belong to XTRA cardholders but is administered by
the Trustees for the benefit of Lealdade Xtrema. The Trustees of the Trust
will ensure that the account balance at anytime is sufficient to reimburse
the credit value of the cash rewards of all Xtra cardholders.
The aforementioned trust and bank account will be audited by independent
chartered accountant on a yearly basis, to ensure that the credit balance in
the bank account at anytime exceeds the credit value of the credit rewards
of all Xtra card holders.
In the event that you should cancel your XTRA card or terminate your
membership after joining the Lealdade Xtrema programme, or become unable to
use your XTRA card for whatever reason, you will not be entitled to claim
payment of the credit value of your cash rewards from the abovementioned
independent trust and/or Lealdade Xtrema CC.
Annually a R15.00 card fee will be charged against your reward value on
your card to cover damaged, lost or stolen card costs. If you do not have
enough rewards on your card, you will pay a R45.00 replacement fee.
If your card goes missing Lealdade Xtrema cannot be held responsible in
any way for misuse of your card and the spending of the cash rewards in it.
It is important that you keep your details updated via the Xtra website
(www.xtra.org.co.za) on a regular basis so that you can receive all the
current club information and news on promotions.
You will be receiving info from Lealdade Xtrema etc promotions, specials
and competitions from time to time; via sms, e-mail and monthly magazine. If
you want to cancel one of these methods of communication kindly contact our
office.
Your card is valid immediately and you can access your card's cash value
at www.whatsonmycard.com.
